One of my favourite frames from China Town, Bangkok.
I can’t even begin to describe how crazy China Town is.
It’s crowded, fast paced, noisy and humid, so we took a moment out in a dim sum restaurant.
While we were waiting for food I went to the window with my camera about to play with the traffic and a low shutter and saw a newly wed couple on the other side of the street who had stopped to take a selfie, then seconds later along came a monk who stopped to watch the young couple too.
The traffic of cars and people had almost ceased for a few brief moments and I was able to take this shot which was relatively uninterrupted. It really felt like a moment of calm in what is a very crazy city.
